Personal training here is not like what you’d receive at a big box gym. We pride ourselves on being “Instructors” not just “trainers”. We teach people how to lift properly, how to structure workouts and how to develop routines in order to achieve long term goals. Personal training available in-person or online.
Our mobility program includes a variety of stretching techniques derived from physical therapy & corrective exercise, yoga, as well as more traditional forms of flexibility training. Mobility exercise is great for increasing range of motion, injury prevention and active recovery.
Strongman training introduces odd-objects like tires, logs, kegs and sleds. This is a fun, non-intimidating group training session that will make you functionally strong. We have two instructors that are both former winners of the Maryland Strongest Man competition and a State Record Powerlifter heading the womens program.

Jessica Cenidoza wrote the book on exercising while pregnant (literally)! She lifted weights throughout four pregnancies with all 5 of her children (yes, there’s a set of twins). Barbell based group training that focuses on the Squat, Bench, Deadlift and Overhead Press, as well as their accessory lifts. We have beginners and advanced lifters working together. No previous experience necessary.
This is a training program that is aimed at developing the functional capacity of older adults. It has been shown to increase both the muscular strength and bone density of post menopausal women (those at highest risk for osteoporosis).
Our goal with kids is to train & educate them on how to live active and healthy lives. We have a teaching curriculum that was born out of our Home School program that teaches kids about productive training, safety in the weightroom, basic nutrition, goal setting and more.
